Rights

On September 23, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:

"I am contacting the Archive in order to add the "Zoner Jam", to the Bands that allow Taping.

There have been 3 "Zoner Jams" so far. 2 in California and 1 in Baltimore. Many of the individual bands are already on the archive and so there permission has been given already. The other bands that have played have also signed off on allowing taping by simply attending and playing the Zoner Jam. All bands that play the ZJ are taper friendly.

Live Recording Policy at the Zoner Jam
Audience recording is permitted for personal fan enjoyment at most shows. Here are some simple guidelines:
1. Mics yes
2. Soundboard patch or matrix - depends on the venue
3. Video/Please ask.
4. Still photography yes, flashes no.

Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's policy. When The Zoner Jam is performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, ZJ's policy may override a bands customary recording policy.

Audience recording at ZJ concerts is authorized for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized sale is strictly forbidden. All Zoner Jam performances are the exclusive property of The Zoner Jam. All rights reserved.
Thanks!
